CCM produces various classified and display advertising pages for over 200 magazine titles ranging from single page monthly independents through to 100 page weekly sections for global media companies.

 

We are experienced in producing accurate automated workflows that can link directly to a publishers booking system, thus enabling us to produce large sections in the shortest time possible. These streamlined workflows maximise the sales window available to our customers with copy deadlines often running up to just a few hours before the final press deadline.

 

Our bespoke page assembly systems are overseen by experienced staff that have been producing classified sections for over 30 years. The ability to interact with any available automated system is essential allowing our staff to ensure that the pagination fit for our customers is efficient and accurate. Many of our customers rely on our calculations to ensure that their section sizes and page breakdowns are as cost effective as possible, saving them time and money.

 

A great example of the quick turnaround we offer can be found in the pages of Commercial Motor where advert copy arrives late Friday afternoon and complete advertisement proofs are delivered directly back to advertisers before 9am Saturday morning. Other magazines with challenging schedules include Farmers Weekly, an RBI publication and Horse and Hound, an IPC Media publication, both of which are produced to very tight sales and production deadlines.

 

CCM operates a full overnight facility tailored around the specific needs of our customers and enabling a speedy turnaround of all material and the flexibility required to meet all deadlines.

 

Many of our customers take advantage of our copy chasing facility which, combined with our classified production workflows, means that a booking made by a publishers sales team results in a print ready and online advertisement without any further interaction with the publishers staff. We monitor bookings, collect copy from the customer, typeset or process the supplied data, provide a proof if required, assemble the page and deliver the final page to press along with any web formatted data as required.

 

Several of the titles we produce require CCM to repurpose the final advertisement material and return an XML feed containing the advertisement meta data plus associated images.

 

A selection of our classified customers include IPC Media, Macmillan, Nature Publishing Group, Reed Business Information, Royal College of Nursing, UBM, William Reed Business Media and Findlay Media.
